The item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from our online store. Returns made within 60 days of the delivery date will be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment.
For your convenience we have included a free prepaid return shipping label with your order. Please use enclosed shipping label and place it on the outside of your return package. Make sure to keep the return tracking number for your records.
Once your return is received and processed at the warehouse, an email notification will be sent to the email address on the order.
If you would like to return items that were shipped in multiple packages or return multiple orders in the same return package, please indicate this clearly on the packing slip and include this in the package.
If you receive an incorrect item or if the merchandise is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
